He treballat amb el meu pare i el meu marit amb qui segueixo compartint cada dia. M\u2019encarrego de la direcci\u00f3 administrativa i soc la responsable de les experi\u00e8ncies d\u2019oleoturisme.<\/p>\n\n<p>Mare de dos fills, Pau i Laia, que han decidit continuar el treball de la fam\u00edlia en l\u2019\u00e0mbit rural. Pau, amb un grau superior t\u00e8cnic agr\u00f2nom i de gesti\u00f3 agr\u00e0ria, lidera la producci\u00f3 familiar d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva a la Palma d\u2019Ebre. Laia, arque\u00f2loga que ha participat en projectes de la UAB a Catalunya i a nivell d\u2019europeu, s\u2019ha incorporat recentment a l\u2019empresa com adjunta a direcci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n<p>A casa ho tenim clar: \u201cl\u2019objectiu \u00e9s fer viables tots els negocis rurals, tenim ADN rural\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Qui \u00e9s l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 per al Desenvolupament Rural amb mirada de dona (ADR)?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>ADR \u00e9s el bra\u00e7 de FADEMUR a Catalunya i ens aporta un visi\u00f3 estatal molt interessant de l\u2019\u00e0mbit rural. Des d\u2019ADR fomentem la conciliaci\u00f3 entre la vida familiar i l\u2019empresarial; lluitem per aconseguir territoris sostenibles tenint en consideraci\u00f3 tres eixos: disminuir la bretxa salarial entre homes i dones, reduir la viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere i estimular la relaci\u00f3 amb altres entitats; promovem formacions on line en diferents \u00e0mbits: gesti\u00f3 del negoci, m\u00e0rqueting digital, pilotatge de drons, poda d\u2019oliveres i economia circular, entre altres; i facilitem l\u2019acc\u00e9s al finan\u00e7ament a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019assessorament.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 espera d\u2019haver-se convertit en membre de l\u2019Alian\u00e7a d\u2019Entitats de dones rurals?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>En primer lloc, vull felicitar a la Fundaci\u00f3 PIMEC per la iniciativa de crear i impulsar l\u2019Alian\u00e7a, que \u00e9s molt important per connectar els diferents territoris i tenir contacte amb altres entitats de l\u2019\u00e0mbit rural amb l\u2019objectiu de retro alimentar-se. En segon lloc,\u00a0 m\u2019agradaria que \u00e9s contribu\u00eds a desenvolupar la dona, tant professionalment com personalment, projectant-la a la posici\u00f3 que li pertoca. I, en tercer lloc, fer sostenible l\u2019activitat rural, trencant el seu a\u00efllament i incentivant el relleu generacional.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Quins plans de futur tenen pels seus negocis familiars en l\u2019\u00e0mbit rural?<\/strong> Per sobre de tot, donar valor afegit al nostre projecte. Per aix\u00f2, ara estem diversificant l\u2019activitat i hem creat un espai multifuncional dins de la nostra finca.
